Trail running races in Israel

Israel packs a lot of terrain into a small country: the Carmel and Galilee forests in the north, the Judean Hills around Jerusalem, and the desert trails of the Negev and the Eilat mountains in the south. Trail season is October to April, when the desert is cool enough to race.

Dates come straight from the organizers and are updated daily. Race pages are in Hebrew, with the date, distances, start location and the registration link at the top.
